Ingredients
  • 1 cup organic shelled edamame pods
  • 2 avocadoes chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 3/4 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds no salt is possible
  • 1/2 cup mixed bell peppers chopped,
  • 1/2 cup red onion chopped,
  • 1/2 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 can no sodium black beans
  • 1 cup cucumbers chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • unrefined sea salt and pepper to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • juice of 2-4 lemons to taste
