Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz container tahini (sesame seed butter)
  • 1/2 cup water more or less depending on desired consistency
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 large garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • sea salt or Himalayan salt to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and combine for 1 minute. Alternatively, chop the garlic small enough in order to simply combine all the ingredient in a bowl with a fork or whisk.
  2. Add salt and water to reach desired taste and consistency.
